Event management has taken us to some pretty incredible places over the years, and Natasha’s latest trip was no exception!

Seven days in Peru for Natasha, working with the Global Risk Modelling Alliance (GRMA).

It was a week of event delivery, meeting people, discovering some delicious Peruvian food and, naturally, finding time to say hello to a certain marmalade-loving bear 🍊

After enough years spent in festival fields, conference venues, backstage areas and site offices, Natasha has developed some fairly strong opinions on where it’s worth spending the budget.

Some are strategic, some are practical, some revolve around caffeine ☕

A month in Glasgow...

This June and July, Natasha swapped Gloucestershire for Glasgow, relocating for almost a month to work as Site Manager at Glasgow Summer Sessions 2026 in Bellahouston Park.

Across six nights, the festival welcomed some of the biggest names in live music, including:

🎶 Pitbull
🎶 Kings of Leon
🎶 My Chemical Romance

As Site Manager, Natasha was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the festival site, working alongside contractors, production teams, suppliers and promoters to ensure each show was delivered safely and efficiently.

A little local job… 🌲

Last week, Tom and Anna swapped the office for the fields to help install the festoon lighting at @2000trees_festival, working alongside the brilliant team at @peakhire to get the site ready for another incredible weekend of live music.

Tom then got to enjoy the festival before swapping his festival wristband for work gloves, as he, Natasha, Anna, and our trusted freelancers returned after the weekend to help with the de-rig.

We’re always happy to roll up our sleeves and support fantastic local events.

It’s always a pleasure to play a small part in bringing one of the UK’s favourite independent festivals to life alongside so many brilliant local event suppliers.

We hope everyone had an amazing weekend at 2000trees, and we’re looking forward to doing it all again at @arctangentfestival in a few weeks’ time!

✨ A weekend at Worcester Mela ✨

We were proud to support Worcester Mela Festival with the delivery of this year’s event.

Mela is a colourful community celebration of creativity and culture with a schedule packed full of activities based around live music, incredible food, arts and crafts and dance.

The event also featured workshops, a market, sports activities and food traders.
