A month in Glasgow...

This June and July, Natasha swapped Gloucestershire for Glasgow, relocating for almost a month to work as Site Manager at Glasgow Summer Sessions 2026 in Bellahouston Park.

Across six nights, the festival welcomed some of the biggest names in live music, including:

🎶 Kings of Leon
🎶 My Chemical Romance

As Site Manager, Natasha was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the festival site, working alongside contractors, production teams, suppliers and promoters to ensure each show was delivered safely and efficiently.

A little local job… 🌲

Last week, Tom and Anna swapped the office for the fields to help install the festoon lighting at @2000trees_festival, working alongside the brilliant team at @peakhire to get the site ready for another incredible weekend of live music.

Tom then got to enjoy the festival before swapping his festival wristband for work gloves, as he, Natasha, Anna, and our trusted freelancers returned after the weekend to help with the de-rig.

We’re always happy to roll up our sleeves and support fantastic local events.

It’s always a pleasure to play a small part in bringing one of the UK’s favourite independent festivals to life alongside so many brilliant local event suppliers.

We hope everyone had an amazing weekend at 2000trees, and we’re looking forward to doing it all again at @arctangentfestival in a few weeks’ time!

✨ A weekend at Worcester Mela ✨

We were proud to support Worcester Mela Festival with the delivery of this year’s event.

Mela is a colourful community celebration of creativity and culture with a schedule packed full of activities based around live music, incredible food, arts and crafts and dance.

The event also featured workshops, a market, sports activities and food traders.

Last month, Natasha headed to Malta to support Higher Love Festival, working across four incredible locations as part of the on-the-ground operations team.

Natasha worked alongside Russell Pate and supported G7 Events Malta, helping to manage the live operational delivery of the festival with the key aim of keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes while guests enjoyed the festival.

Last month we were proud to support the delivery of the Scope Awards 2026 alongside Keystone Events, celebrating incredible achievements and stories from across the disability community.

Our team worked across stage management, registration and backstage support, coordinating with technical teams, BSL interpreters, presenters, performers and autocue operators to ensure the event ran seamlessly.

With the ceremony broadcast live, accessibility was a huge focus, balancing the needs of everyone on stage while ensuring a smooth experience for viewers at home too.

Every detail was carefully considered, including adjusting microphone heights and autocue positioning, supporting varying access needs for presenters and performers.

It was a brilliant event to be part of and a great example of how small but thoughtful touches can make an event accessible and comfortable for all attendees.
