August: Campsite Team at Victorious Festival 🎪

In the final weeks of the summer, we built, managed, and took down the campsite at Victorious Festival in Portsmouth along with another fantastic crew!

Our highlight was finding a poster of our previous Buble shows from Bath on a heras panel while setting up the site! 😲

We took on site management for two and a half weeks and had the privilege of working alongside @larmaclive and @siteandstage! Although it was a tricky site and during a HUGE heatwave, it was great to see an outdoor show production from start to finish and have such brilliant crew working for us 👏

April: The month of site visits!

It began with Bath Royal Crescent for the upcoming Michael Buble shows, followed by visits with Gloucestershire Constabulary for the National Black Police Association Conference to @cheltenhamraces and @tivolicinemas in Cheltenham's Regent Arcade.

Lastly, we made a couple of trips to Imperial Gardens, Cheltenham with various suppliers for the Cheltenham Science Festival ready for the build to begin the following month. 👷‍♀️

'Christmas Unboxed' entertained families at 4 different locations around Cheltenham, with unique characters who helped conjure the magic to switch on the Christmas lights 🎁

The NBPA Conference at Cheltenham Racecourse hosted inspiring keynotes and sparked conversations and debates about how the police can better tackle racism and diversity, both within its workforce and amongst the community.

The exhibitions in the Hall of Fame also acted as a great networking space for delegates and a chance to find out more about organisations such as the College of Policing and the RAF Police.

Key speakers included former cricketer @azeemrafiq30, lawyer and activist @sholamos1, and former detective turned writer and advocate @kevin_maxwell. All hosted by the brilliant journalist @poornabell 🌟

Over the course of this year, we have had the privilege of producing the National Black Police Association Conference 2022 for this year's host, Gloucestershire Constabulary, @glospolice.

The association is a key agent in tackling issues of racism and diversity within the UK Police Force and building relationships with ethnic minority communities.

A huge thank you to #tivolicheltenham @tivolicinemas for hosting our Welcome Event and providing a stunning setting for an evening of networking, food, and drinks. The screens also offered a chance for thought-provoking short films on racism and diversity in the UK to be showcased to the guests.
